29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure:  a) 400 C Street, Belmar NJ - Employee engaged in residential construction activities approximately 16 feet above the ground with no fall protection system in place thus exposing the employee to fall hazard. This condition was noted on or about October19, 2022.  NOTE: BECAUSE ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION IS ALREADY DOCUMENTED IN THE CASE FILE, THE EMPLOYER NEED NOT SUBMIT CERTIFICATION OR DOCUMENTATION OF ABATEMENT OF THIS VIOLATION AS NORMALLY REQUIRED BY 29 CFR 1903.19.
