29 CFR  1903.19(c)(1): Within 10 calendar days after the abatement date, the employer must certify to OSHA (the Agency) that each cited violation has been abated, except as provided in paragraph (c)(2) of this section.  a. For Citation 1, Item 1 issued on March 10, 2023, with an abatement date of March 22, 2023, the employer failed to submit certification of abatement within 10 calendar days of the abatement date.

29 CFR  1910.332(b)(1):Practices addressed in this standard. Employees shall be trained in and familiar with the safety-related work practices required by 1910.331 through 1910.335 that pertain to their respective job assignments.  On or about October 19, 2022, located at 6424 Buckeye Path Dr. S, Grove City, Ohio, the employer failed to train employees on the hazards of working around live electrical parts during pest control inspections. Employees were thereby exposed to severe injuries as a result of contact with live electrical parts.
