Training shall include topics such as but not limited to arm and hand signals, capabilities of the equipment in use and ensuring that the lift area is clear of employees or other obstacles before signaling the crane operator to proceed with the lift.

The employee's  date of hospitalization was October 10, 2022 and the employee injury was reported to the agency on November 18, 2022 by an outside source.
