The employer did not enforce the requirement to use eye protection.

29 CFR  1910.305(a)(2)(i): Temporary electrical power and lighting installation(s) 600 volts, nominal, or less were used in prohibited manners:   a) On and before 10/21/2022, at the shipping machine, the employer had daisy-chained multiple extension cords together to provide power to the shipping machine.  The employer failed to protect employees from fire and electrical hazards by connecting three or more extension cords together which can lead to overheating the cord by overloading it.
