29 CFR  1910.28(b)(3)(ii): Each employee was not protected from tripping into or stepping into or through any hole that is less than 4 feet above a lower level by covers:  22 East Academy St, Williamstown, NJ - soap dispensing area - The employer did not ensure washing machine wash out trench on the walking working surface, approximately 3 feet long, 2 feet wide and 2 feet deep, was covered thus exposing the employees to tripping into or stepping into hole. This condition was observed on or about October 24, 2022.

29 CFR  1910.141(c)(1)(i):Toilet facilities were not provided in accordance with TABLE J-1 of this Section:  a) 22 East Academy S, Williamstown, NJ - Linen Folding area - The employer did not have a sufficient amount of water closets for the number of workers on site. The employer is required to have one water closet per 15 employees, there were 20 employees working at the site, thus exposing the employees to unsanitary conditions. This condition was observed on or about October 24, 2022.
