29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):  The employer has not established and implemented a written respiratory protection program with worksite-specific procedures where the use of respiratory protection is required for employees.  a). Spectrum Industrial Coatings Inc., 9226 Mountain Brook Rd. Saint Thomas, PA 17252 - On or about October 25, 2022, employees were required to wear the 3M Disposable Half Face Respirator Assemblies with Organic Vapor / P95 filters (07193) or the 20TICH Bullard Air Supplied Respiratory Protection Hood without a worksite-specific written respiratory protection program in place.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

Spectrum Industrial Coatings Inc., 9226 Mountain Brook Rd. Saint Thomas, PA 17252 - On or about October 25, 2022, employees were required by the employer to wear the 3M Disposable Respirator Assembly with Organic Vapor / P95 filters (07193) but had not been medically evaluated by a physician or other licensed health care professional (PLHCP).  b.) Saint Thomas, PA 17252 - On or about October 25, 2022, employees were required to wear the 3M Disposable Respirator Assembly with Organic Vapor / P95 filters (07193) during sanding operations and have not received an appropriate qualitative fit test (QLFT) or quantitative fit test (QNFT).  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
