29 CFR  1926.501(b)(4)(i):Each employee on walking/working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes (including skylights) more than 6 feet (1.8 m) above lower levels, by personal fall arrest systems, covers, or guardrail systems erected around it:  a) At 5550 Airport Road, Milton, Florida: On or about October 21, 2022, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure employees performing roofing activities around skylights utilized company issued fall protection at all times exposing employees to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet 5 inches to the concrete below.
