29 CFR  1926.416(e)(1):Worn or frayed electric cords or cables shall not be used.  a.  Located at Hill Farms Subdivision - Scioto-Darby Road, Hilliard, OH 43026:  On or about October 25, 2022, the employer supplied a 230V water removal pump system for employees to manage water in the bottom of a trench.   The system included a worn electrical cable with insulation stripped off  where it entered the job-site electrical box, which exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
