29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 5845 Houston Ln. Crestview FL. 32539; on or about 26 October 2022 and at times prior to; the employer allowed his employees to perform roofing activities without wearing fall protection during operations on roofs with height greater than 9 feet.   Best Construction AAA LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1556684, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/17/21, with respect to a workplace located at 800 W Nine Mile Road, Pensacola, Florida.  Best Construction AAA LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1585450, citation number 1, item number 2-a and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/22, with respect to a workplace located at 4 9th Ave E, Shalimar Florida.
