29 CFR  1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:  a) 2231 East State Street Trenton, NJ 08619, Tool Room: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards as the wheel of the Boyar-Schult surface grinder, model 612-H, was not guarded on or about 10/27/2022.   b) 2231 East State Street Trenton, NJ 08619, Tool Room: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards as the wheel of the Harig surface grinder model 618- Autostep, was not guarded on or about 10/27/2022.   c) 2231 East State Street Trenton, NJ 08619, Tool Room: Employees were exposed to struck by hazards as the wheel of the Harig surface grinder model 618- Autostep 2, was not guarded on or about 10/27/2022.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
