29 CFR  1910.1030(g)(2)(vii):  The employer's training program did not contain the minimum elements required by 29 CFR 1910.1030(g)(2)(vii)(A) through (N):  On or about October 31, 2022, the employer did not provide training to funeral directors expose to blood and other potentially infections materials the minimum training elements as required.  a) The employer did not provide an explanation of the employer's exposure control plan and the means by which the employee can obtain a copy of the written plan, as required under section (D);  b) The employer did not provide an explanation of the procedure to follow if an exposure incident occurs, including the method of reporting the incident and the medical follow-up that will be made available, as required under section (K).
