29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:  (a)  On or before 10/31/2022 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that three employees framing and working on the top leading edge with nail guns, on a multi-story residential building, were not utilizing a fall protection system, in that the employees working, walking a top beam and standing near the edge of the roof on the 3rd level were wearing a fall harness; however, the harness was not attached to the lanyard of the fall protection system.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
