29 C.FR.1926.21 (b)(2) The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.  a) On or about November I, 2022, on the level four courtyard, where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard greater than 6 feet while cleaning a floor near an unprotected edge, employer failed to provide training on hazard reconnection.
