29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1):  The employer did not ensure that each affected employee was using eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles:  a)  At 173 Harvest Hill, Lot 821, Pooler, GA 31322, on or about October 27, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck-by hazards, in that the employer allowed his employees to operate pneumatic nail guns without eye protection.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:   a)  At 173 Harvest Hill, Lot 821, Pooler, GA 31322, on or about October 27, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards greater than 6 feet, in that employees were allowed to stand on the top step of a 6 foot stepladder to perform work on the first story top plate of residential home.
