In the center area  of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak CNC Slant Turn 50 Lathe, SN 208818 (company ID SLANT50-A).  b. In the center area of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak CNC Lathe QTN 350My-11 Lathe, SN 236595 (company ID MY350-B).  c. In the center area  of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak CNC Lathe QTN 350My-11 Lathe, SN 233137 (company ID MY350-A).  d. In the center area , north wall  of the shop, where an employee was exposed to caught-by hazards while operating a Mazak Integrex i400 Lathe, SN 255164 (company ID Integrex-A).
