29 CFR  1910.134(c)(1):   A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use:   On or about November 2, 2022, the employer did not have a written respiratory program with all of the elements required to protect the health of employees who were provided and required to use 3M 6200 Half-Face reusable respirators for dispensing and mixing chemical products to clean vehicles.  Employees used chemical products such as, but not limited to Tucker's Extra Hot Degreaser containing chemicals, including but not limited to Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, Sodium metasilicate, Monoethanolamine, Tetrasodium ethylenediamine Tetraacetate and Sodium hydroxide.

29 CFR  1910.134(e)(1):  The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace:  On or about November 2, 2022, in the shop area, employees performing vehicle cleaning operations were provided and required to use using 3M 6200 Half-Face reusable respirators while dispensing and mixing chemicals, including but not limited to Ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, Sodium metasilicate, Monoethanolamine, Tetrasodium Ethylenediamine Tetraacetate and Sodium hydroxide (Tucker's Extra Hot Degreaser), were not provided a medical evaluation.
