1926.21(b)(2)  The employer shall instruct each employee in the recognition and avoidance of unsafe conditions and the regulations applicable to his work environment to control or eliminate any hazards or other exposure to illness or injury.    a) On or about 11/01/2022, at the Gannett Building, located at 55 Exchange Boulevard, in Rochester, New York, the employer did not enforce electrical safety measures prior to the dismantling high voltage electrical cabinets.  The Company allowed employees to engage in demolition work on electrical equipment that had not been verified to be deenergized.  NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
