29 CFR 1910.22(a)(2): The employer did not ensure that the  floor of each workroom is maintained in a clean and, to the extent feasible, in a dry condition. The employer did not ensure that when wet processes are used, drainage is be maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats are provided:   a) Oberlin Filter;  On or about 10/28/2022 and at times prior to and times thereafter, the employer exposed employees working around the Oberlin Filter to slip, trip and fall hazards in that the employer allowed large accumulations of oil to be present on the floor.

29 CFR 1910.147(d)(5)(i):  All potentially hazardous stored or residual energy was not relieved, disconnected, restrained or otherwise rendered safe after the application of lockout or tagout devices to energy isolating devices:   a) Fry Line Oberlin Filter;  On or about 10/28/2022 and at times prior to and times thereafter, the employer exposed employees engaged in servicing activities (changing the media on the spent end of the Oberlin Filter) to hazards associated with thermal energy in that the employer failed to ensure the machine specific energy control procedure contained specific procedural steps to dissipate the thermal energy present .
