29 CFR  1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain a safety program which provides for frequent and regular inspections of jobsites, materials, and equipment to be made by a competent person   (a) Location  - 71 Wildwood Road, Andover, MA  On or about 11/02/2022, Wooster Roofing, as a controlling employer did not ensure that frequent and regular inspections of the job site were performed by a competent person. As a result, employees of subcontractor C.H.I. Construction Corporation were exposed to fall hazards of greater than 10 feet above a lower level.
