29 CFR  1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   a) Jobsite: On or about 10/12/2022, employees conducting framing activities on a flat roof, approximately 25 feet above the ground, were not provided with and were not utilizing fall protection when they were gathering lumber and utilizing power tools near the edge of the building. The edge was constructed with a parapet wall that was only approximately 30" in height.
