29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):  Each authorized employee did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control:  Location: a) Worksite; Spiral freezer and bread processing area  a) On or about 11/03/2022, the employer did not provide training to ensure that authorized employee(s) had the appropriate knowledge and skills required for the safe application and usage of energy controls such as lockout. Authorized employee(s) did not recognize the methods and means necessary for energy isolation and control while cleaning, servicing and/or maintaining equipment such as, but not limited to, the spiral conveyor belt system machine.
