(a) 100 S Jacob St, Mount Joy, PA - Large Sinto Line: On or about November 2, 2022, employees are exposed to a caught in hazard due to the absence of any guarding that would prevent employees from reaching, stepping, or falling into the lifter area of the pour line.  No abatement certification or documentation required.
