OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm, in that employees were exposed to crushing hazards caused by exceeding the slope requirement of the Kubota mini excavator:  a) Jobsite located at 1101 Jacks Run Road, North Versailles: On or about November 3, 2022, an employee was operating a Kubota U27-4 mini excavator, serial number 41471, on a slope/hillside with a 33-degree slope with exceeded the requirements manufacturer's instruction. The excavator rolled down the slope and pinned an employee between the cab of the excavator and the ground which resulted in serious injuries.
