OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to caught in hazards;  a) JBR Corporation, Inc. dba Duco, Inc. at 39.944712 N, -108.353634 W, Rifle, CO 81650:  On or about November 4, 2022, and at times preceding, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while manually backing up the hydraulic tongs while tripping out the rig.  Employees use a 36-inch pipe wrench to manually stop rotation of the drill which rotated towards the tongs.
