29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes must be free and unobstructed. No materials or equipment may be placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route.  On or about 11/7/2022, Dollar General Store #13328, located at 304 State Highway W in Oran, MO, did not ensure the exit in the northwest corner of the facility remained free and unobstructed at all times. The side exit door in the northwest corner of the facility was blocked for one to four days following the delivery of weekly merchandise.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a Repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1565322, citation number 2, item number 1, group b, and was affirmed as a final order on 6/30/202, with respect to a workplace located at 10757 Route 11, Adams NY.  The Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(a)(3) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1500289, citation number 1, item number 1, group a, and was affirmed as a final order on 5/10/21, with respect to a workplace located at 514 North Antrim Way, Greencastle, PA.   Dollar General Corporation was previously cited for a Willful violation of this occupational safety and health standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1498759, citation number 1, item number 1, group b, and was affirmed as a final order on 3/9/21, with respect to a workplace located at 960 Rt 196, Tobyhanna, PA
