29 CFR  1910.107(g)(2):All spraying areas were not kept as free from the accumulation of deposits of combustible residues as practical, with cleaning conducted daily if necessary:  In the adhesive  spray area. The spray application of adhesive containing methylene chloride, propane and methane (flammable gasses) created an accumulation of combustible deposits  of the table top and walls. The accumulation was allowed to collect on the surfaces. On or about November 9, 2022.
