29 CFR  1926.651(k)(1):Daily inspections of excavations, the adjacent areas, and protective systems were not made by a competent person for evidence of a situation that could have resulted in possible cave-ins, indications of failure of protective systems, hazardous atmospheres, or other hazardous conditions.   (a) Roberts Electrical Contracting & Service, Inc. at 7360 W 56th AVE Arvada, CO 80033: On or before 11/9/22 the correcting and exposing employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees were working in and around a trench 4' deep without it having been inspected by a competent person. This condition exposed employees to trench collapse hazards.   Abatement Note: Abatement certification is not required for this item.
