OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards from moving vehicles: a) 378 Pierce Street, Kingston, PA 18707: Employees were exposed to hazards of moving vehicles while working at the rear of a Peterbilt concrete mixing truck, model 379, which was backing up thus exposing employees to struck-by and crushing injuries, on or about November 10, 2022. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
