29 CFR  1910.178(m)(2):No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty.  a.) Market Square, Pittsburgh, PA 15219: On or about November 10, 2022 an employee was standing on top of the forks of a Toyota Forktruck while in operation. The employee was working approximately seven feet from ground level without the use of any fall protection device while being exposed to fall and slip hazards.
