29 CFR  1926.150(c)(1)(vi):  A fire extinguisher, rated not less than 10B, was not provided within 50 feet of wherever more than 5 gallons of flammable or combustible liquids or 5 pounds of flammable gas were being used on the jobsite:   On or about: November 7, 2022 Location: 49 Elmwood Ave., Montclair NJ  a) An employee working at a jobsite had a shovel in flames near a 5-gal gasoline container and propane bottle.  The employee used the fire to remove paving materials from the shovel as instructed by the employer and was not provided with a fire extinguisher as he was exposed to fire hazards.
