29 CFR  1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Desk in the Warehouse - On or about November 14, 2022, a relocatable power tap (RPT) (GE - Black in Color) or power strip powering electrical equipment including a microwave (Panasonic) was not installed and used in accordance with instruction in the listing, labeling, or certification such as, but not limited to, being permanently secured to a wall, used as a substitute for fixed wiring, and not being designed for industrial use to power a microwave.  b) Desk in the Warehouse - On or about November 14, 2022, a relocatable power tap (RPT) (White in Color) or power strip powering electrical equipment including an industrial fan (B-AiR, Model: VP-50, 115 Volts, 4.5 amps, Serial No: 143790) was not installed and used in accordance with instruction in the listing, labeling, or certification such as, but not limited to, being permanently secured to a wall, used as a substitute for fixed wiring, and not being designed for industrial use to power equipment such as, but not limited to, an industrial fan.

29 CFR  1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(C): Flexible cords and cables were used where run through doorways, windows, or similar openings:  a) Desk in the Warehouse - On or about November 14, 2022, a microwave (Panasonic) cord was run through a hole in a desk that was plugged into a relocatable power tap (RPT) (GE - Black in Color) or power strip that was permanently secured to a wall.  b) Desk in the Warehouse - On or about November 14, 2022, an electrical outlet receptacle that had two relocatable power taps (RPTs) plugged into the outlet had the cords run through the wall opening.
