29 CFR  1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles, molten metal, liquid chemicals, acids or caustic liquids, chemical gases or vapors, or potentially injurious light radiation:  a. At 868 Duskin Drive, Jacksonville, FL:  On or about November 15, 2022, the employer exposed workers to struck-by hazards, in that the employer did not provide safety glasses to employees using the Metabo air nail gun to nail shingles on a single family home.

29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):   a. At 869 Duskin Drive, Jacksonville, FL:  On or about November 15, 2022, the employer exposed six employees to fall hazards, in that the employer did not protect employees from an 8-foot 4-inch fall hazard from the 4:12 pitch roof by use of a guardrail system, safety net system, personal fall arrest system or any alternative fall protection.
