Note: Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable.  a)  At 33 Beecher Drive, Lot 58, Richmond Hill, GA 31324: on or about November 8, 2022, and at times prior to, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards, in that eye protection was not required while working with pneumatic nail guns.
