29 CFR  1926.501(b)(2)(ii): Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level where leading edges are under construction, but who was not engaged in the leading edge work, was not protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a)  At 20750 Mifflin Rd., Club House C, Grand Riviera RV Resort, Foley, Alabama:  On or about November 17, 2022 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities without fall protection exposing his employees to a fall hazard of up to 12 feet 4 inches to the ground below.  The Gustavo Hernandez dba  Gustavo Hernandez was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (B)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1512060, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 23, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21717 Pillars Street, Lot 88 The Verandas, Fairhope, Alabama.
