A) Delaware River Stevedores, Balzano Marine Terminal- Camden, NJ: Employees at this facility were exposed to struck-by and caught in/between hazards during cargo handling operations when the plate was being moved in the hold while the employee was still within the area of operations when plate dropped and struck the employee. Condition noted on or about November 9, 2022.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM, FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
