Dollar General,  1888 McClellandtown Road, Masontown, PA 15461: On or about November 28, 2022, employees were exposed to live electrical wiring shock hazards and accidental contact from an unguarded electric receptacle.

Dollar General,  1888 McClellandtown Road, Masontown, PA 15461: On or about November 28, 2022 during the opening conference the safety and health compliance officer visually observed an electrical outlet hanging from unfinished drywall in the main office. The electrical outlet has live electrical lines that  is being used to control the store's main computer along with the store's cctv security cameras.

Dollar General,  1888 McClellandtown Road, Masontown, PA 15461: On or about November 28, 2022, the CSHO visually observed that the wall outlet was not properly grounded within an electrical box and firmly secured to the wall surface. Exposing employees to live wire electric shock.
