29 CFR  1910.132(d)(1):The employer shall assess the workplace to determine if hazards are present, or are likely to be present, which necessitate the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).   a) Platte Valley Dispensary, LLC., 2301 7th Street, Suite B, Denver, CO 80211: On or about November 29, 2022, and at times prior, employees were exposed to inhalation and skin irritation hazards while using cleaning chemicals and solvents such as but not limited to: ammonia, bleach, and other household solvents without the employer determining if personal protective equipment was necessary.
