29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets.  a) On or about November 29, 2022, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees installing wooden trusses and framing a single-family residential building were exposed to potential struck by hazards and head injuries when guiding and installing the trusses that stood above head levels because no head protection such as hard hats were used.
