29 CFR  1926.451(b)(1)(ii):The platform was not planked or decked as fully as possible and the remaining open space between the platform and the uprights exceeded 9.5 inches (24.1 cm):  a) Worksite was located at 312 18th Avenue, Lake Como, NJ 07719  Workers were exposed to fall hazards of approximately six feet to concrete as the scaffold they were working from while siding the single family residence was not fully planked and had open space between the planks in excess of 9.5 inches.  Violation was observed on or about November 29, 2022.
