29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in commercial construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure:   a) 5631 Cottage Hill Rd. Mobile, AL. On or about December 2, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees installing shingles on the front and back side of the building was protected from falls of 9 feet 8 inches to the ground due to no fall protection being used.

Mobile, AL. On or about December 2, 2022, and at times prior; the employer failed to ensure employees installing shingles was trained on how to use their personal fall arrest system and the hazards associated with falls.
