29 CFR  1910.36(d)(1): Employee(s) were not able to open an exit route door from the inside at all times without keys, tools, or special knowledge:  a.) Dollar General Corporation dba Dollar General Store #13544 - 16300 Path Valley Rd, Spring Run, PA:  On or about December 2, 2022, a metal merchandise hangers/rods was in the handles of the stockroom exit door, restricting egress.  Abatement certification and documentation required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date and method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement. Abatement documentation shall include documents demonstrating that abatement is complete, such as evidence of the purchase or repair of equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement or other written records.
