29 CFR  1926.305(d)(1)(i):The load was not cribbed, blocked, or otherwise secured at once after the load had been raised:  a) Fluid Pro, LLC at drilling site location 40.43846 , -104.16544: On or about December 6, 2022, and at times prior, an employee was exposed to crushing hazards while  positioned underneath a loader using a bottle jack to change a flat tire on the loader. The load was not sufficiently supported once the loader was raised to prevent collapse due to shifting, jack movement, and/or jack failure.
