Each employee on a walking/working surface 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected from falling by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  An employee was engaged in mounting holiday lights to a roof of a residential building located at 6969 N 172nd St., Bennington, NE 68007, and was exposed to fall hazards when working at heights that are greater than six feet.
