OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:  (a)	On or about December 6, 2022, employees were exposed to struck-by and crushing hazards in that the employer did not ensure that 8-12 trusses weighing approximately 125 lbs each were secured while being transported on a LULL Rough Terrain Forklift (Model # 644D-34, S/N 00AL25W24-910).  An employee was walking in close proximity to a forklift truck with an unsecured load of 8-12 trusses weighing 125 lbs each.  The employee was holding onto the trusses to stabilize them when he reached for a truss as it started to fall.  He was struck-by the load when the employee slipped on ice in the fall zone. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards.
