Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of this section:  a) 3806 Claridge Rd. N. Mobile AL.  On or about December 8, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees removing shingles on a residential home was protected from falls of 8 feet 4 inches to the ground below due to no fall protection being used.

On or about December 8, 2022, and at times prior; The employer failed to ensure employees removing shingles were trained how to utilize their personal fall arrest system and the hazards associated with falls over six feet.
