The charging cables on battery charging apparatuses including Exide charger Model # W3-18-865, S/NWE91255, and FLX200 charger Model FLX20018865T1H, S/N 03H1363E,  had damaged outer casing showing the copper conduit, observed on or about 12/12/2022.
