29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:  a)  At the jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet 7-inches to 20-feet while working on the roof of a house without using a personal fall arrest system.   b) At the jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet 7-inches to 20-feet while working on a roof without tying off.   c) At the jobsite, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet 7-inches to 20-feet while wearing rock climbing harnesses, attaching their ropes to the rock climbing harness in the front at waist level.   d) At the jobsite, an employee was exposed to fall hazards of approximately 9-feet 7-inches to 20-feet when he had too much slack in his rope which would allow him to strike the ground.
