29 CFR 1926.102(a)(2): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses eye protection that provides side protection when there is a hazard from flying objects. Detachable side protectors (e.g. clip-on or slide-on side shields) meeting the pertinent requirements of this section are acceptable.  At a new residential construction site located at, or near, 7032 Deer Lodge Circle, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about December 14, 2022 and at times prior, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards from flying objects, while using a Metabo HPT Pneumatic Framing Nailer without safety glasses.

29 CFR  1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift:Note:  As of January 1, 1998, subpart M of this part (1926.502(d)) provides that body belts are not acceptable as part of a personal fall arrest system.  The use of a body belt in a tethering system or in a restraint system is acceptable and is regulated   At a new residential construction site located at, or near, 7032 Deer Lodge Circle, Jacksonville, Florida: On or about December 14, 2022 and at times prior, the employer is exposing employees to fall hazards while operating a 4x4 Genie Z-45/25J Articulating Boom Lift , to access the top wall of the residential construction without the fall protection system attached to the basket.
