29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  A) NY State Solar - 34 Dalton Ave., Staten Island NY 10306 - The employer did not ensure employees were protected from falls above a lower level on a 2-story roof while installing solar panels without the use of a fall protection system.  Condition noted on 12/12/2022
