29 CFR  1926.451(g)(4)(iii): When midrails, screens, mesh, intermediate vertical members, solid panels, or equivalent structural members are used, they were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform.   On or about December 15, 2022 and at times prior thereto at the northwest side of the building under construction, employees conducted exterior wall texture operations from scaffolding platforms greater than ten feet above a lower level and midrails were not installed between the top edge of the guardrail system and the scaffold platform.
